Wanting to show off what I’m going for in my DIY jacket for now
This is the first jacket I've dared to paint by hand, and I'm quite happy with how it's turning out (IGNORING THE FIVE TEETH ON TOP AND BOTTOM, OH MY GOD, HOW COULD I HAVE MADE SUCH A MISTAKE). But I've been thinking that maybe it needs something more for a more '80s aesthetic. Perhaps more bands from that era? I'm not sure. What do you think? If I need to send more photos of certain areas of the jacket, I'd be happy to.

Curly death hawk?
Anyone with curly hair have a death hawk/how did u do it? I’m so tempted to get one but I’m so scared of messing up and just going bald 😭
Whenever I bring it up to people they kinda give me a fake smile and don’t *really* think it’s a good idea so I’m having second thoughts. I just need someone with a curly death hawk to give their experience so I can just do it lmao
For reference my hair is a 2C/3A type with curls on the top layer and almost wavy underneath!

I went to Gothicumbia on New Year’s Eve and fell in love with the Latin Goth scene.
It's like I found my way back to my long lost home, since I was a kid I always listened to Rock en Español and classic rock. Ever since I moved to the U.S. particularly L.A. there was only one station (Superestrella 107.1) that played Rock en Español and other hispanic music, I lost track when it was taken down and throughout high school I only listened to whatever it was mainstream thinking that what I used to listen was long gone.
Until my friend's girlfriend recommended me some shows that played that music.
Then I went to Gothicumbia on New Year's Eve and instantly felt like I came back home, they literally played all the songs I liked and had a blast, first time I've ever been in a moshpit and a happy accident occurred when I bumped into a girl and danced with her for a minute. People were chill, friendly, and very lively.
I just loved it.
